Meet Sue

Sue Pallekonda was born and raised in Malaysia. She completed medical school at Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India in 1995. It was there that she met her husband, Vinod, who is now a family doctor as well.

She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Community Hospital East (Indianapolis) in 2003 and started working at Cumberland Crossing Family Physicians (Fishers) in 2013. After that, she worked once a week as a Clinical Preceptor at the Community Hospital East Family Medicine Residency Program until July 2022. Sue also worked at OurHealth/Marathon-Health clinic in the Indianapolis area until July 2023.

Dr. Sue and Dr. Vinod have 4 children; Caleb, Yasmine, Daniel, and Benjamin. She enjoys music, being silly with her children, being out in nature, and being creative with her hands. At work, she enjoys doing the 'happy dance' when her patients achieve any degree of progress in achieving their healthcare goals and being obnoxiously loud in singing the birthday song if they come into the clinic on their birthday.

She feels privileged that God has given her this work of caring for the healthcare needs of people He greatly loves.
